Last updated: 22 February 2026

Welcome to Bejba. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Business Information

Bejba is operated by Claudia Krek, trading as Bejba, based in New South Wales, Australia. For all enquiries, please contact hello@bejba.com.au. If applicable, our ABN is available upon request.

2. Products

Each Bejba piece is crafted using natural materials, including freshwater pearls and precious metals. Due to the organic nature of pearls, variations in shape, tone and surface are expected. These variations are part of the individuality of each piece and are not considered faults. We take care to ensure all product descriptions and imagery are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Prices include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in the case of stock unavailability or pricing errors.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched, risk passes to you. Bejba is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Consumer Rights

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for products with a major fault. We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless expressly stated in our Returns Policy.

7. Care and Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to follow our care guidance to preserve the longevity of their jewellery. Damage resulting from improper care, accidental damage or normal wear over time is not considered a fault.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including imagery, text, branding and design, is the property of Bejba and may not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bejba is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
