By using our website or purchasing from Bejba, you agree to these Terms. Please check back occasionally as they may be updated.

1. Your Account

To shop on our site, you may need an account. Please provide accurate details and keep your login information secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Products & Pricing

Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice.
Prices are in AUD. We aim for accuracy but may correct errors and will notify you if a price changes.
Pearl Characteristics: All Bejba jewellery is made with genuine freshwater baroque and freeform oval pearls. Each pearl is unique; variations in shape, size, texture, tone, or minor markings are natural and part of the beauty of your piece. These variations are not defects and are celebrated as part of Bejba’s design philosophy. Product images represent the design; your piece will reflect the style but may differ in pearl details.

Charms, clasps, and delicate components may loosen over time. If a fault is suspected on arrival, contact us within 7 days with photos. Normal wear or accidental damage is not covered.

3. Ordering & Payment

Placing an order does not automatically confirm it. We may cancel orders due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payments must be authorised and made using the methods provided on the site.

4. Shipping

Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Pre-orders follow the timeframe in the product description. Combined pre-order and in-stock items ship together unless arranged separately.
Standard shipping: 2–6 business days (up to 7 days for regional NSW).
Express shipping: 1–2 business days in metro areas.
International shipping: Coming soon; contact hello@bejba.com.au for updates.
Rush service: Available for a fee; email hello@bejba.com.au with “Rush service” in the subject line.
Bejba is not responsible for courier delays. Please contact the carrier for delivery issues.

5. Returns, Refunds & Repairs

Change of Mind

Contact returns@bejba.com.au within 3 days (“Change of Mind Return – Order #(your order number)”).
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Customers cover return postage. Store credit is valid for 3 months.

Faulty Items

Contact returns@bejba.com.au (“Faulty Return – Order #(your order number)”).
We will offer a refund, repair, store credit, or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law. Verified faulty items have return postage covered.

Repairs

Contact repairs@bejba.com.au for guidance.

Natural Stretch

Necklaces are hand-strung on cotton and may stretch slightly over time. This is natural and not a fault.

Proof of Purchase

Returns, exchanges, or repairs require proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation).

Processing

Refunds or store credits are processed within 7–10 business days and refunded to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

All content on this site (text, images, logos, software) belongs to Bejba and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Do not reproduce without permission.

7. Using Our Website

Please use the site responsibly. Don’t use it for illegal activity, malware, spam, or to interfere with operations. We may suspend or remove access for anyone violating these Terms.
