Shipping & Returns 

At Bejba, every order is handled with care from our studio to your hands. Our goal is to make the journey of your jewellery as seamless and thoughtful as its creation.

Domestic Shipping

  • Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (may take longer for areas outside metropolitan regions). 

  • Standard Delivery: 2–6 business days (may take longer for areas outside metropolitan regions). 

International Shipping

  • Express Delivery: $45 flat rate. 2-5 days. 

  • Standard Delivery: $25 flat rate. 5-10 business days.

International customers please be aware that your country may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Bejba is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees. 

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Bejba, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

Complimentary Shipping

Orders over $500 receive free express shipping within Australia, providing a thoughtful and seamless delivery experience.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order timeframes are listed on each product page.

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items are shipped together once pre-orders arrive.

  • Separate shipping can be arranged by ordering pre-order and in-stock items separately.

  • Shipping dates for pre-order items are estimates; if there is any delay, our team will contact you promptly.

Returns 

As an independent, designer‑led brand, every Bejba piece is thoughtfully designed with care and intention. Our returns policies support the integrity of our work and ensure we can continue creating responsibly.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns for refunds or store credit within 7 days of delivery. 

If you change your mind about your order, please contact us with “Change of Mind Return – Order #(your order number)” in the email subject line.

Please note

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging with no signs of wear or damage.

  • Earrings are excluded from change of mind returns due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items not returned in the above condition cannot be accepted for change of mind returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage for change of mind items.

  • Store credit will be valid for 3 months after the return has been initiated. 

  • Items purchased with store credit are final sale. 
Faulty Items

We’re sorry if your item arrives faulty! Please contact us at returns@bejba.com.au with “Faulty Return – Order #(your order number)” in the email subject line. Please include images and description of fault. We will promptly provide a refund, repair, store credit or replacement option. 

Please note, we will cover return postage for items returned due to a verified fault.

Natural Stretch Disclaimer

Each Bejba necklace is hand-strung on natural cotton, which may stretch slightly over time with normal wear. Minor elongation is a natural characteristic and does not constitute a fault, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. Please avoid exposure to water or oil. 

Proof of Purchase

Please provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) for all returns, exchanges, or repairs.

Refunds & Processing

Eligible returns are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
